Important:
A non-refundable $50 is required to secure your spot. All payments are to be sent electronically by e-transfer to info@academyofcheer.ca.
The remaining balance will be due on the day of the birthday and may include addition charges for children (if you exceed amount included in your package.
All parents or guardians will be required to sign a joint waiver upon arrival, even if they are just dropping off.

Please tell your guests to access the gym using the Hwy 7 and Nelson St. Crossing. Google can mislead your party goers through an inaccessible construction area.
You may arrive early to prepare and set up for guests, however, however not more than 30 minutes prior and please communicate your intention to arrive early via e-mail at info@academyofcheer.ca or phone 604-309-9647.
While you will have the gym privately booked, there are still important safety rule which your coach hosts will be overseeing. Please support the coaches in encouraging these safety rules as it is a party and we want everyone to have fun and be safe. If a child repeatedly puts themselves or others in danger they may be asked to leave the floor/equipment area.
Children under 4 must be watched by a parent or guardian at all times.
When leaving, please ensure the lingering is kept to a minimal, as our staff may be preparing for the next birthday party to arrive within the next hour.
Please note due to pandemic restrictions, no more than 35 people should be attending your party. Also there will be a covid cleaning fee added to all party bookings.
