
What is Parkour?
Parkour (French: [paʁkuʁ]) is a training discipline using movement that developed from military obstacle course training. Practitioners, called tracers or traceurs, aim to get from one point to another in a complex environment, without assistive equipment and in the fastest and most efficient way possible. 4:30-5:30 Kiddie Parkour 3-5 year olds.
5:30-6:30 Beginner Parkour 6-8 year olds
6:30-7:30 Intermediate Parkour 9+ year olds
Parkour City @ Academy
In all our classes, athletes will learn, grow and enhance their skills in the 7 main areas of parkour (Jumping, Running, Vaulting, Climbing, Swinging, Landing, Rolling. Parkour City at Academy has the only free standing wood structure frames in the Fraser Valley, as well as multiple Vaults, boxes, trampolines, mats and equipment for training.
