Developed from military obstacle training, Parkour is the discipline of moving from point A to Point B with no extra assistance and as quick as possible.
While Cheer and Parkour have seasonal commitments, we offer camps, and skill classes throughout the year where children can still participate in these sports. Our classes and camps will be posted regularly so check back, especially before spring and summer break!
